is the Center Leader for Organizational Health and Culture.
Catherine Baase, MD, Global Medical Director
for the Dow Chemical Company was co-leader for Health
Promotion & Disease Prevention. Dr. Baase has direct
responsibility for leadership and management for all
of Dow's Occupational Health, pidemiology, and Health
Promotion staff and programs around the world. She
serves on the board of directors of the Partnership
for Prevention and the Business Advisory Council which
provides business input to the development of the US
Health People 2010 goals. She is board-certified in
family practice and completed a post-doctoral fellowship
in primary care faculty development.
William Bunn, MD, Vice President for
Health, Safety and Productivity, International Truck
and Engine Corp. Dr. Bunn is the Center leader for
Occupational Health and Disability
John P. Holland, MD, MPH, FACOEM, was center
leader for Occupational & Workplace Environment.
He works as a consultant in the field of occupational
and environmental medicine. Dr. Holland has extensive
clinical experience, completed several research documents
and clinical guidelines, and conducted teaching and
administration.
Joel Levey, PhD, and
Michelle Levey, MA, were
co-chairpersons for the Center for Corporate Culture & Organizational
Health. They are founders of InnerWork Technologies,
Inc. a Seattle based firm specializing in developing
high performing teams, healthy corporate cultures,
and inspired leaders around the globe. They have served
as faculty for International Center for Organization
Design, International Institute for Innovation, and
Antioch University, have run clinical programs for
Group Health Cooperative and Children's Hospital, and
have worked with leaders and teams in over 200 leading
organizations over the past 25 years. They have co-authored
numerous books including: Living in Balance; Learning
Organizations; Community Building in Business; and
The New Bottom Line.
Thomas J. Morrow, MD, is Vice President and
Medical Director for Matria Health Care. Dr. Morrow
was center leader for Care Management. He has developed
and managed Utilization Management and Quality Improvement
Departments for several large insurance companies and
hospitals, and he has been active as a surveyor for
the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Areas
of managed care include Risk Management, NCQA Accreditation,
Designing Quality Improvement Activities, Disease Management,
Preparing for Risk, and Practice Parameters and Outcomes
Measurement.
Pamella Thomas, MD, Director of Health
