The Institute for Health and Productivity Management (IHPM) through its Initiative for Value-Based Health Benefits (IVB) and Texas Business Group on Health (TBGH) invite you to a half-day Academy event on turning the rising cost of employee health benefits into a good investment in better health and increased productivity – thereby improving your business performance and profitability. The Academy will show Texas employers how a value-based rather than a cost-based approach to employee health can actually help companies improve the health and productivity of their workforce and take control of health care costs.
National experts will explain the fundamentals of high-value benefit design and health management strategies. Then a case study by an award-winning employer will demonstrate an integrated approach to value-based health management, and a national pharmacy expert will discuss better medication management and adherence for chronic conditions. The program will conclude with a panel of national and Texas experts discussing how to make value-based health management and benefit design work for Texas employers.
